Account Services: Opening new accounts and issuing checkbooks.
Cash & Cheque Services: Managing cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and balancing tills.
Fund & Bill Transfers: Handling domestic fund transfers and bill payment services.
Digital Banking: Assisting customers with ATM cards, credit cards, and mobile banking solutions.
Working within IFIC Bank’s One Stop Service model, I aim to simplify banking by meeting diverse financial needs at a single counter. This approach improves customer satisfaction while promoting efficient, modern banking practices.
